Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead, for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge in 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Dismantling wooden boardings of thickness above 10 mm upto 25 mm in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead.

Dismantling hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete and carriage, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles, size of tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in wall lining of 18 mm thick HDHMR board (approved make such as Action TESA, Century, Greenpanel or equivalent) conforming to relevant IS standards with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete including fixing of diffrent type of decorative beedings and cornice to be fixed on profile work on HDHMR board in patern and design strictly as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with arctlic putty wall matt finish with DEECO paint two or more coats to give an even shade including cost of all frame work pvc pipes conduits involved.

Providing and applying two coats of fire retardant paint on cleaned wood/ply surface @ 3.5sqm per liter per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface fire retardant

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor, size of tile 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 600x1200 mm conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
