Polishing description: M&L preparation of wooden surfaces by cleaning, scrapping through emery paper or electric grinder, applying putty for filling and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper and applying French polish to get the glossy finish on the wooden part of furniture. Minor repair of tightening with fevicol/bamboo pins/ screws/nails shall be done before polishing furniture as specified.

M&L for removing old unserviceable existing handle and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc for Almirah Large Steel/ Almirah Medium Steel.

M&L for removing unserviceable lock from Almirah Medium Steel/ Almirah Large Steel and S&F new 6 lever brass lock with duplicate keys complete all as specified.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable handle of Locker Steel and S&F new chromium plated handles including necessary nut, bolts, washer etc.

M&L for removing unserviceable Hasp and Staple and S&F new set of Hasp and Staple complete with screw, nut, washer etc.

M&L for removing existing shelves and making the same in functioning condition including necessary nuts, bolts, clits and washer etc of Almirah Large Steel/ Almirah Medium Steel all as directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable lock of drawers of Table office officer steel/ Table office clerk steel and S&F new brass lock with four levers and duplicate keys. (Drg No. FD-1004,1003)

M&L for removing existing drawers of Table office officer steel/ Table office clerk steel/ Table 3' x 2' steel and re-fixing the same after necessary setting of drawers for free movement all as directed. (Drg No. FD-1004, 1003, 1008)

M&L for removing old unserviceable channel and S&F new telescopic channel of size 10/12 inch in computer table. FD/E6/Map/03, FD/E6/Map/15, TP)

M&L for taking out unserviceable round lock and S&F new round lock with two keys in tables as per trade pattern. (TP, FD/E6/Map/03)

Repair to Sofa/ Chair

Replacement of tapestry cloth cover of cushions of sofa set 4/5 seater and supply & fix new tapestry cloth cover of size 560 x 535 x 100mm thick on existing cushion with valcrow on one edge of best quality. The cost of tapestry cloth to be not less than Rs 250/- per meter. (FD-272,281, FD/MAP-II/02)

Replacement of existing foam cushions of Sofa set 04/05 seater including existing tapestry cloth of sofa set 4/5 seater, and supply & fix new PU Moulded Foam 32 kg per cubic meter density of size 560 x 535 x 100mm thick, duly stitched with tapestry cloth and closed with valcrow of suitable size complete all as directed and shown on drg . Make: Sleepwell, Kurlon or equivalent as approved by GE Note: (Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs. 250.00 Per RM).

M&L for taking down old unsv cushion seat cover and S&F new seat cover of chair dining officer duly stiched as per size specified in drg. Note :- Rate of cushion cloth cover should not be less than Rs. 250 per meter.

Replacement of PVC seat back from chair varandah (FD/E6/Map/15)

Replacement of TOP: Taking out unserviceable top from Table and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick particle board with both side laminated sheet including 4mm thick teak wood edging around the top duly polished all as directed. Top of table shall be of size as per drg.

REPAIRS TO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYWOOD TOP FD-220

M&L for tightening of charpoy frame, check nuts, elbow and removing old unserviceable plywood/MDF board from Charpoy GI and S&F of new BWR grade, ISI marked ply of size 1980X900x12 mm thick, fixed with 08 Nos of suitable round headed nut bolts and washer as approved in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of appropriate size, two on each short and long rail and S&F 02 Nos of angle iron stiffners of size (900x25x3mm) duly painted black complete all as directed.

M&L for removing of old Long Rail of Charpoy GI and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked duly threaded both sides as required.

M&L for Conversion of Long Rails of Charpoy GI Pipe ( retrieved under Item No. 7.02) into Short Rail by cutting/ finishing to shape & threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail.

M&L for Conversion of Short Rails ( retrieved under Item No. 7.03) into Leg by cutting/ finishing to shape & threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail.

M&L for removing old unservieable Elbow from Charpoy GI and S&F new 32mm bore, 3 ways, ISI marked, medium grade GI elbow complete all as directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable check nut from Charpoy GI and S&F new 32mm bore, 6mm thick, galvanised iron, medium grade check nut complete all as directed.
