Notes for Item No 1 to 22 :-. (i) Tenderer shall visit the site and study the condition for each crane before testing. (ii) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include for periodical checking/maint. (iii) Contractor shall hand over all the cranes to AGE E/M-1 in serviceable condition after completion of contract period. (iv) Electricity required for testing shall be supplied free of cost. (v) Replacement of spares shall be paid under relevant items of SchA .

Carry out load and deflection test for each EOT crane from 1 to 5 ton capacity at 100 % full load with necessary instruments on hoisting, LT/CT for checking the performance of the cranes as directed by the Engineer In Charge /and upto the users satisfaction. Notes : (i) Load/deflection test is to be carried out by the contractor's expert representative in the relevant field in presence of the department representative and recording the test and issue necessary certificate . (ii) The load required for the testing and necessary transportation, will be arranged by the contractor at the location of testing for 5 TON capacity EOT crane ERS NAY(G).

Disconnecting and taking down electromagnetic thruster/Hydraulic Brake unit from the crane, shifting to work shop, dismantling all parts, replacement of unserviceable parts like bearings, Brake coil, thruster oil, assembling, shifting to existing location and fixing in a same position, complete testing the system all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for charges for carry out load and serviceability test of lift upto 02 TON capacity installed at various places in INS Hansa through authorised Lift Inspector all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Load/serviceability test is to be carried out by the Reginol Lift inspector in presence of the department rep and recording the test and issue necessary certificate . (ii) The load required for the testing and necessary transportation , shall be arranged by the contractor at the location of testing .
