SCH 'A' PART X (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

Dismantling of galvanized mild steel two strand barbed wire from old existing mild steel, RCC fencing posts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

COMPOUND WALL, FENCING & GATE

Material & Labour for RCC M-25 precast RCC panel using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and like, any thickness including attached pilasters and buttresses including formwork and placing in final site position using hydraulic equipments eg. crane , Hydra complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing double legged informatory sign board single side of size 1200 x 1200 mm, fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, board of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNINSON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- (i) The computerized cut AVERY DENNINSON sheet shall be fixed with suitable adhesive to Alco bond/aluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural steel frame work of MS pipe of size 35 x 35mm square pipe with nuts, bolt/rivets ensuring safety against removal of plates. (ii) The lettering shall be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) and mechanically fixed on this board of Green/Blue colour or required colour. Then these two separate boards fixed back to back on single frame are fixed to two vertical posts of 50mm square pipe 2.0 mtr long to be painted in black and white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect. (iii) This board on single frame shall be embedded in PCC 1:4:8, type D2 of required size including necessary excavation in post hole all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) exc 14 cm but n exc. 30 cm hight and up to 50 character (English or Hindi Language) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 12mm thick bituminious filler board in expansion / crumple joints complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and Labour for construction of RCC hume pipe (1st Quality) septic tanks, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC slab covers including RCC cast in-situ manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around reinforced cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc., complete for 10 users complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for construction of soakage well with excavation and earth work in soft / disintegrated rocks, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates in foundation, honey comb brick work one brick thick using fly ash bricks of old size in walls built in cement mortar 1:4 and precast M-25 grade ring, RCC cover slab in M-25 concrete 100 mm thick including required form work, with reinforcement of 8mm TMT @ 125mm centre to centre, filling with brick bats, rendering exposed surfaces and externally 150mm deep, return filling, removal etc. complete of size 1.8 m dia and 4.50 m effective depth all as specified and shown on drgs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Drg No. CE(AF)/NGP/2004/TD/43 Sht No. 1/2 & 2/2.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with necessary fitting arrangement with PVC FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multistranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy grade conduit ISI marked 20mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fitting such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc. including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm with earth dolly covered with bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for mounting of switches/ sockets, fan regulator with brass screw and cup washers including PVC FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multistranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volt grade for continuous earthing complete all as specified and as directed for the following:- (a) One light/fan controlled by one switch.

(b) One light point controlled by two 2 way switches.

(c) One 3 pin 6 Amps switch socket outlet point on same board.

(d) One 3 pin 6 Amps switch socket outlet point on independent board.

All as per item No. 10.008 above but for socket outlet 3 pin 15 Amps on independent board with cable size of 2.5 Sqmm and earth continuity conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type, single pole, 2 way, 6 Amps, 230 volts, white finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing flood light LED luminaire of capacity 200 watt, IP 66 protection, outdoor type with exclusive innovative die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with all accessories, driver, MS flat 20mm X 3mm clamp with nut, bolts and washers of adequate length necessary fixing arrangement on beam and making connection with 3 core 1.5 Sqmm flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to flood light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanized iron earth plate of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI wire 4 mm dia at two points soldered and riveted to earth plate, GI earth wire protected by using 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe, watering pipe GI 20 mm dia medium grade upto earth plate with funnel, wire mesh etc. necessary earth work and PCC work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre, chamber of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, coping in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,

RCC pit cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80 mm C/C both way and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, flame funnel wire mesh, testing on completion all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 2009 complete all specified and as directed. Note:- Quantity of GI earth wire & protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with two single core 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS, multi stranded, unsheathed 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked in heavy duty PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia/ suitable size as per site requirement and conduit accessories including 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded as earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Material & Labour for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning for underground cable protection including punning down sand in layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purpose.

Material & Labour for road cutting of size 30 cm width x 60 cm depth for laying of cables including making good the road with necessary returning filling and bituminious portion with concrete and bituminious mixture and cemented portion with PCC in 1:2:4, 15 cm thick from top and matching the surfaces with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting with surge protector and die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection with LED as symmetric for 45 watt inclusive of LED lamp & suitable capacity control gear box / driver and GI pipe bracket in suitable angle complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LED focus / flood light fitting with surge protector and die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection with LED as symmetric for 100 watt inclusive of LED lamp & suitable capacity control gear box / driver and GI pipe bracket in suitable angle complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing thermo plastic cable looping boxes, factory made, IP 66 sheet of size 210 x 155 x 92mm separate detached gland plate including one no of MCB SP 0.5 Amp capacity 'C' curve & bakelite connector 2 way 20 Amp with din rail, weather vermin proof front door opening with hinge and locking arrangement, fixed to pole complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing PVC insulated multistranded copper cable of size 3 core 1.5 Sqmm from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type, weather and vermin proof, factory fabricated, cubical type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with mounting on frame of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm fixed on ground but not less than height 30 cm from ground level suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire system with front openable each compartment with PVC star screwing hinged arrangement including locking arrangement with sliding bolts, internal wiring complete with suitable size with copper conductor cable for metering system and CTs complete all as specified, comprising by proving of the following equipments / fitments complete:-

(i) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 63 Amps, 16 KA - 01 No (ii) MCB SPN 40Apm 10 KA - 03 Nos (iii) BLANK (iv) Digital type VAF complete - 01 Nos (v) Indicator lamp RYB- 01 Set (vi) Street light controller with astronomically programmable timer operate max of 60 Amp, 0.6 lagging power factor load three phase Ac voltage (160 volt to 260 volt) connection 03 phase 04 wire whole current type, rating 10 to 60 Amp, Type P4DLC1006 Energy accuracy class 1, operating temp range -10 degree to 55 degree, including dual line display with alpha numeric digits LCD display with keypad complete all as specified and as directed - 01 each (vii) Aluminium bus bar of 200 Apm for 3 Phases and half for neutral. (viii) PCC foundation with 1:2:4 type B1 including earth work, formwork, rendering etc complete all as specified and as directed. (ix) Power contactor type MNX 32 CS94111. Note:- LT feeder pillars shall be CPRI approve and all MCCB's shall be fitted in vertically position.

Supply and Fixing LED post top / gate light fittings with surge protector & die cast aluminium housing with IP66 protection with LED as symmetric for 40 watt inclusive of LED lamp & suitable capacity of control gear box / driver and suitable flexible wiring with 0.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper cable through concealed heavy grade PVC conduit complete all as specified and as directed.
