SCHEDULE 'A'

Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, coved fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 2% weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for painting the concrete surfaces with one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/sqm, conforming to IS : 158, A layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min), weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/m2 reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weighing not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) over a coat of bitumen @ 1.2 Kg /sqm on primed surface. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application all as per manufacturer instructions finally painted with bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm.Applying two coats of aluminium paint on top surface of APP membrane complete all as per manufacturer instructions, specified and directed. Note :- The water proofing work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the make as approved and the same shall also got approved from the Accepting officer before carrying out the work.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0,(using 12.5mm graded aggregates) as in roof kerbs rounded or chambered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surface, removal of loose/unsound material from surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crack filling by making 'V' groove and filling with cement mortar mixed with sikalatex of SIKA or equivalent of FOSROC/STP after applying necessary primer complete all as per manufacturer instructions, specified and directed.

M&L for repair of structcural crack on roof by injection of chemical grouting with epoxy injection (ShaliGrout EI) of STP or equivalent of Fosroc/Sika including the installation of injection port (Spacing 300mm diagonally) and shaving off the surface after injection whereever necessary complete all as per manufacturer instructions specified and directed.

Supply and apply shaliUrethane BTD primer @ 4kg/sqm over the prepared surface, a single component Elastomeric modified polyurethane of Make STP ShaliUrethane BED (white in colour) having an Elongation, % ASTM D 2370, 500 + 50, Tensile strength, (MPa) ASTM D 2370, .2, Adhesion to primed concrete, pull off strength, (MPa) ASTM D 4541, 0.40, Extention after heat aging, mm ASTM C 836, 6, Crack bridging at low temperature, ASTM C 836, No cracking, water absorbtion % ASTM D471, less than 5.Over the primed surface application of first coat of shaliUrethane BTD followed by polyscrim cloth of STP make ShaliGeo Text of 40-50gsm, Then of Second coat of ShaliUrethane BTD ti obtain the overall dry flim thickness of 1.5mm complete all as per manufacturer instructions specified and directed. (Make STP Limited, Fosroc, Asian) Note :- The water proofing treatment covered under srl item No 06 to 08 her -in - above work shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the make as approved and the same shall also got approved from the Accepting officer before carrying out the work.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on walls on fair faces of concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and directed. (Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings incl ridges, hips and valley gutter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges, hips, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe -410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured trapezoidal profiled galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws(12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals), colour /exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting of thickness 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6 mm thick fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Making good for wall top for roof sheet or under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers. including all pinning in cement mortar 1:6 when necessary complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation oards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid (SIZE-605x605MM) frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/ Aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preaparation of new surface and apply two coat of oil bound distemer over a coat of primer on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing PVC FALSE CEILING consisting of 600x600mm, 5mm (+0.25) thick plain ambossed PVC sheet of 600Kg/Cbm Density manufactured by ISO 9001-2008, certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T- section of sizes 1"x1" (25x25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2'x2'(600x600mm). the aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of "J" hook and GI wire/6mm MS rods of require sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium L-section of size 1"x1"(25x25mm) angles etc. complete as specified by manufacturer & drawing and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair PVC 200 mm wide eaves for roof sheet covering complete all as speecified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site complete all as speecified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on walls on fair faces of brick work finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces in cement mortar 1:6 finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 over/soffit of chajja finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distember over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces fo ceiling and chajjas and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint (any tint) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distember (any tint) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered old surface of ceiling including brooming down or scrapping down with steel wire brushes, smoke soot, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white (Lime) wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 4,18,980.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 30). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
