CONSTRUCTION OF DAMAGED PORTION OF STORM WATER DRAIN ADA HQ

Electrical Items :

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside of ADA In cement mortar lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation by mechanical / manual means in ordinary soil for foundation (depth 1.6m & width up to 1.10 m) including refill of excavated earth if required extra red soil, lead & lift up to 50m along with leveling and dressing, etc. complete all as per instruction of ADA.

Providing and laying in position machine/manual mixed PCC of ratio 1:4:8, 100 mm thick, incl compacting, curing, shuttering etc complete all as per instruction of ADA.

Providing and laying in position machine/manual mixed Reinforced cement concrete for raft & walls of ratio 1:2:4, incl centreing, shuttering, compacting, curing, etc. complete, all as per instruction of ADA.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, Bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying of Pre cast slabs of size 1000 mm x 600 mm x 100mm using M20 grade reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, removal & shifting of old slabs where ever required finishing and reinforcement of 8 mm dia Distribution bar, 10mm dia main bar as per engineer incharge.

Providing & rendering repair & filling to crack on brick wall by removing the existing loose material about 6” either side of the crack on both side of the wall, cleaning the surface by wire brush and air blower, after necessary preparation of the surface, packing the crack / hollow area with Abitek 583 polymer repair mortar mixed with cement and silica sand, fixing the chicken wire mesh with suitable nails, providing of 10 mm plastering CM 1:4 first layer with polymer mixed and second layer of smooth finish plastering CM 1:4 with proper water curing, etc complete

Providing and installation PVC vent Pipe (Weep hole) of Size 100mm Dia of depth wall thickness (i.e 4 kg/mt) for walls all as per instruction of ADA

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing MS C clamps to drain wall for every 1 meter interval, to hold cables in position all as per ADA instructions. (Appro 60 Clamps Required)
