M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including GI wire mesh and all other necessary accessories and fixing the ceiling to the slab all as directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (Fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slab/blankats any thickness cover fillets.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling including preparation of new surfaces with necessary sand paper for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and fair with out using extra cement.

M&L for 3mm thick Birla white wall care putty on wall including preparation of new surfaces with necessary sand paper for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying 3mm thick Birla white wall care putty on wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of old surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer in ceiling all as directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling also in patches including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x 6 to7 mm thick/450x350x6 to7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mmthick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tilesnot exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators,partitions etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

M&L for 4.80mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary qualityand glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane fixed in partitions /doors etc all as directed by Engr in charge

Note : Three runs of 10 sqmm cable and one run of PVC non metallic rigid conduit of suitable size shall be measured as one run.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED tube light fitting surface and wall mounted batten with 20 watts LED having minimum 100 lumens/watts and with integrated electronic driver complete made up of polycarbonate complete all as specified and directed.
