M&L for construction of plate form with PCC Block masonry Masonry platform of size 3m x 3m x 1.2 m hight , PCC(1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate built in CM 1:4 complete with and including necessary excavation & earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in foundation , rendering 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work , upto 300 mm below ground level , supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS Chennels of size MC 100 for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 , top surface of plateform shall be provided with 100 mm Thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 10 mm steel TMT bar , including provn of steps in one side of plateform and all the outer face of platform shall be given with two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed .

Suplying and laying as replacement in sub station fixing 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick specification as per IS 15652 2006

M & L for duct cover Mild steel plates, chequered, 5mm thick in Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A with welding including lifting arengment of duct cover complet all as specified and directed by Engineer in cgharge including taking out and existing earthing.

Material and labour for painting of Transformer plinth, RMU plinth, LT panel plinth including stair of any size plinth installed at different locations including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint, cleaning the surface with wire brush and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for transformer cable box cover (transformer capacity from 63 KVA to 750 KVA) made out of MS sheet of thicknes 3.15 mm (or nearest higher size) bent to shap including painting over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer with apran for cable entry closing locking arrangement including all fixing acessories i.e. suitable size of hinge, nuts, bolts, washers, cutting and welding works etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh, made upto into mattress or cages appx 2.0 mtr height and fixed with flate iron/angle by sutable sioze of nuts, bolts and washers in position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS angle, MS flate, Nuts, Bolts and washer will be measured and paid sepretly.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Aluminiumor silver colour on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces in around the exsting fencing i.e. transformer, RMU, two pole, 4 pole and LT panel of any length and type complete all as specified.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses, MS work of angles for post and struts of fencing around transformer plinth etc drilling holes, flate iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/ gate of angle and wire mess. Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement complete all as specified including dismantling of old unserviciable MS work.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plane exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete as specified and directed including dismantling of old unservicable brick work.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm crushed graded stone aggregate as in for pole foundations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm crushed graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 4 feet x 3 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS pipe of size 25mm bore at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 50mm bore embaded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work .The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The wiriting matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Shifting of transformer from 2/4 pole structure to plinth/plinth to MES store, Isolating 11 KV HT supply from the substation and earth the complete system properly, disconnecting complete electric system of the transformer from HT and LT side including earthing strips, disconnecting removing taking down out door transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA from 2/4 pole structure and refixing, installing, commissioning & testing the transformer on plinth complete all as specified directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- (a) The rates quoted is deemed to be included for hydra, T&P and man power and other items required for sifting of transformer. (b) Plinth work shall measured and paid separetely under items of sch of work here-in-after.

Taking out the old unserviceable HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) of any Size from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately

Laying only old serviceable HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe all as directed retrieved from item srl No. 2.00 (here-in-before).

Supply and laying in replacement, testing and commissioning of HT Underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed) of sizes3 Core 95 Sqmm cable comfirming to IS-7098 Pt-II cable laid in trenches / walls / ducts / poles including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed :-

All as per Item Sl No 17 above but size of cable 3 Core 120 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cable etc, and for foundation of poles, stays etc. not exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The rate inclusive of taking down and refixing of any type of cheqered tiles, interlocking tiles complete as per existing for good make. 2. The PCC work shall be measured & paid for separately uner respective item of Sch 'A' / BOQ

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches / ducts in layers of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking out existing PCC cover over UG cables from trenches and stacking at site for re-use complete all as specified & directed.

Laying only old serviceable PCC cover retreived from Srl item No 21 above complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinfoced precast concrete cable cover of class HV type 1 with flat size 300 x 180 x 40mm compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in approved excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable route indicator HT with colour code ( BROWN) HT 10cm dia made of cast iron 8mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25x 25x 5mm 60cm long complete including fixing necessary excavation in soft/loose soil embedded in PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type C1 block of size 300 x 200 x 600mm( 30 cm of PCC elevated above ground level) and removal of surplus soil and marked as HT cable / joints on circular cast iron plate with colour code complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole / Transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, out door type fixed with and including suitable size of heat shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 voltage grade and aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for HT XLPE cable size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

All as per Item Sl No 27 above but size of cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core

Disconnecting and taking down HT UG cable from HT pole / Transformer and cutting faulty end portion of the cable, dressing properly and making good end termination, indoor type fixed with and including suitable size of heat shrinkable new jointing kit 11000 voltage grade and aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool for HT XLPE cable size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

All as per Item Sl No 29 above but size of cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core

M&L in replacement for cable jointing Kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable HT XLPE cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

M&L painting of steel tubular HT pole including cross arms, clamps, back plates etc in situ with one under coat and one finishing coat with aluminum paint after cleaning / preparation of surfaces including making white and black strips 30 cm wide 5 Nos with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and marking of pole No , Feeder No also complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item Sl No 32 above but on 2 pole steel structures including painting of bracings.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) in replacement conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 180mm outer dia and 152 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

M&Lin replacement for Danger notice plate of size 25 x 20cm of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet painted with vitreous enameled white paint, with letters, figures, and conventional skull and bones, in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps of flat iron of size 25 x 5mm, bolts, and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 40mm stone aggregate in electrical installation or below 2 pole / 4 pole structure etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Boring holes horizontally under road crossing manually for crossing of GI pipe cable etc up to 200 mm bore all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 100mm bore steel tube of light grade galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls / floors / poles or under road etc of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The GI pipe should be fixed with pole by MS clamps. (ii) The MS work should be measured and paid separately.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt, connected to and including galvanized earth lead 25 x 4.00mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 40 mm dia pipe and 20mm light grade GI pipe for water filling including 15x20mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover with concrete 1:2:4 using 8 mm bar@100 mm c/c both ways, MS handle 12mm dia for PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and excavation and earth work all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 3 of 2009 (Part-I) including taking out old existing earthing complete all as specified and directed. All as per srl item No '39.00' (here-in-before) but using galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead and GI protection pipe light grade 20 mm bore. NOTE for Srl item no 39.00 & 40.00 :- The unit rate quoted shall includes for protection pipe and GI earth wire 4.00mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.

M/L for Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate inclusive of taking down and refixing of any type of cheqered tiles, interlocking tiles complete as per existing for good make.

Disconnecting and taking down from poles existing street light fittings, LT cable from pole and loop, breaket, Junction boxes, MS clamp, PVC conduit and wire etc of any type or any watt and size and refixing the street light and connect the LT cable after replacement the pole .

Supply & fixing in replacement Nature Switch control panel (using Infrared Sensor technology) for Automatic switching of Street Light. The Panel should be suitable enough to take 3-phase load of 5KW. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level ie required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs.The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure (with HINGED LID) conforming to IP66 protection class 2. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option). The Circuit should be suitable enough to take 3 nos. Contactors of 16 Amps/ phase rating, 3 nos. Surface excavation n.exc 30cm depth and averaging 15cm depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including clearing away all grass and vegitation saplings, shrubs, bushes, undergrowth roots and removing rubbish upto a distance n.exc 50mtrs outside the perifery of the transformer / 2 pole / 4 pole structure / feeder pillar box / sub Stn incl Water supply and Elect supply area complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor will ensure that no vegitation grows during the contract period on the area so excavated.

M&L for writing SM/ MES No over the body of Transformer, VCB, RMU, Voltage Stabilizer, installed or located at different sites in scattered area under the GE. De-rusting of surface and cleaning manually by scrubbing and wire brushing writing the Nos with synthetic enamel paint white in colour using stencil for transformers, voltage stabilizer and Red colour for VCB and RMU hight of letters not less then 80mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing building No, location area feeding (in short) over the outgoing MCCB in LT panel, with Synthetic enamel paint using stencil black colour sutable size letters complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing connection of the LT cable from transformer, LT panel, LT pole. taking out underground cable from loop of length not more than 5 mtr and cutting the faulty damaged portion of cable, connecting with providing suitable size new thembles and heat shrinkable sleeves in difrent colur i.e. Red, Yellow, Blue, Black for sutable size/ difrent size of LT 1100 volts cable of size 4/3.5 core 16 sqmm to 400 sqmm LT cable , installed or located at different sites in scattered area under the GE. complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Excavation, earth work, sand, taking out bricks cover and relaying the old cable in loop including refilling of sand, relaying old bricks and returning, filling in soil etc complete including making good surfaces area as per surroundings all as specified and directed included in Quoted rate 2. Thimbles, Heat shrinkable sleeves in difrent colur i.e. Red, Yellow, Blue, Black upto 1 mtr length, T&P for heating the sleeves included in Quoted rate

Disconnecting and taking out underground cable, including carry out megger testing of dismantle LT cable of 3.5/4 core 35 to 150 Sqmm sizes of length not more than 5 mtr and locating the fault and cutting the faulty damaged portion of cable , connecting with providing new heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit with suitable size , including excavation, returning filling and all connected materials complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation , sand cushioning ,cable cover as bricks etc beyond 5 mtr should be measured and paid separately.
