Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20 mm IRC size HBG Metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen for 1cum metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site.

Applying tack coat over the wornout BT surface using 2.5-3.00 Kg of bituminous emulsion for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc. complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification. km 0/0 -2/20

Providing and laying Bitumenus Concrete 25mm thick using using 0.24cum of 13.2mm, 0.76 cum of 11.20mm , 6.7,6,5.6&4.75 mm 0.66 cum and 2.36 mm 0.34 cum of metal for mixing of Bitumen per 1 cum including cost and conveyance to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete PAVER FINISHER

Filling with US Gravel for side berms including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and stacking them to departmental guage for premeasurements and labour charges for filling etc., complete

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free form streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification no.803

Supplying and fixing of KM stone of size 1.65 x 0.45 x 0.15m
