Dismantiling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape, any size and laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any shape, any size (except tiles) with sand cushioning at same or other location with proper slope complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Old sand to be used after screening & cleaning).

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kerbs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of glazed lacquer hardener paint (polyurethane and acrylic polymers based anti fungal) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, 50mm thick as in plinth protection, Surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC 3% by wt of cement.Note:-WPC measured and paid separatly. S & F sandwiched hollow PVC wall Lining/panelling consisting of 5mm thick Plain designer colour PVC sheet but single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on wall/PVC frame etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in sub base etc complete.

M&L for Marble work makrana white 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete.

All as per ser item No 40 above but as in vertical surfaces in skirting and dado including rendering/screeding including cement mortar1:4 , 10mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 7mm thick exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.20 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing for tiles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring/wall tiles)

M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar (1:6) complete. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)

M & L Kota stone slab 15-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing complete. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring)
