Concrete with 40mm gauge stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 fineness modulous & Cement in proporation of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor, includingsupply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work.(S.I. No. 281)

RCC Work With cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in Column excluding supply of reinforcemnt and its bending, but inculding its fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I, binding wire and including necessary centering and its shuttering etc. and supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completition of the work including cost of binding wire. M-150 class Brick work in 1:4 Cement &Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortor in Super structure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as req. thickness of wall not be less then 1.0 brick thick add extra labour supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. M.S or iron in plain work such as R.C.C or reinforced brick work (When not included in an over all rates wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and inckludind supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping &hooks. ( SI No. 504)

distempering with oil bound distemper of approved and required shade on undercorted wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand as shalimar ,Asian paint after through brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other forigoen matters and also including the surface even with POP including of all material labour, Tool & plant etc. required for proper completion of work.
