| 1.01 | Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a three-level multi-grid pit puzzle parking system. This system shall utilize electro-mechanical, hydraulic, or a combination of both technologies and must be capable of carrying a minimum load of 2000 kg per car, including both Tall Boy and Sedan models. The system should accommodate car dimensions of at least 4900 mm in length, 2000 mm in width, and 1800 mm in height, with height adjustable between 1700 mm and 2400 mm depending on the available space. The installation is to be carried out at ground, pit, or first-floor levels, ensuring that the average time for retrieval or parking does not exceed 180 seconds. Additionally, the cost should include maintenance for one year during the warranty period.
Technical Data:
The equipment dimensions for a single module are as follows: length ranging from a minimum of 4900 mm to a maximum of 5500 mm, width between 2000 mm and 2300 mm, and height variable from 1700 mm to 2400 mm. The structural members shall be made of mild steel. The pallet platform must be fabricated using a minimum 1.5 mm thick GI sheet, while the side members shall have a minimum thickness of 3 mm GI sheet. All structural steel members should be either epoxy painted or powder-coated for durability.
Vertical movement is facilitated by a 2.2 kW motor or a minimum 1.5 kW submersible motor coupled with a hydraulic power pack for lifting the pallets. Horizontal movement is powered by a minimum 0.12 kW motor. The system should achieve a horizontal sliding speed of up to 7 meters per minute and a vertical movement speed of up to 3 meters per minute.
The operation of the system shall be controlled by a PLC-based touchscreen interface. Essential safety features must include an emergency stop mechanism, pallet stoppers, NRV valves for hydraulically operated systems, and geared motors for electrically operated systems. An entry sensor must also be incorporated to ensure safe and efficient operation. The system is required to maintain an average vehicle retrieval or parking time of no more than 180 seconds.
The system must be compliant with all technical specifications and equipped with safety features as outlined, ensuring the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 51 | Per Car Space | 3,40,000 ₹1,73,40,000 Lowest | 4,20,000 ₹2,14,20,000 |
