Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking materials as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters ( 200 feet). SOR No. 692

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/ superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (PWD-DAR 13.80)

One priming coat and ond coat oil distemper on new work including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. no. 649

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: 13.47.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (PWD-DAR-13.47.1)

Painting or vanishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper complition of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I no. 103 1950 item no 641+642

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622. of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints . Size of Tile 600x600 mm (PWD- 11.49.2)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or mare (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Brick soling with straight overburnt brick laid on edge and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints, with local earth spreading blinding coats 1cm. (3/8") deep of local earth of P.L 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. PWD-762b
