Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). excluding the cost of centering and shuttering .

Providing and laying in position specfied grade of reinforcement cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing & reinforcement. All work up to plinth level.1:1.5:3 (1 cement,1.5 coarse sand zone-iii,3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. (Nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in an over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation & plinth in. Cement morter 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation M-15 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : cement mortor 1:6

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation M-15 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

External Plastering 15mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement & coarse sand of 1.5-2.00 FM for external walls
