Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings & wall

S & F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

All as per item 2.00 heer-in-before but except sheeting (any Thickness) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Galvanised, plain, mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters straight flashings and etc (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 4.00 heer-in-before but except sheeting (using old sheet) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy frming (beams, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance piece, cleat etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel including filling where required and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint over a coat of red oxide primer exc. 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item No 8.00 above but two coats of synthetic enamel paint to old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L joint free non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,, in floors etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4, over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position as in unframed work

S&F 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in chrage.

M&L for GI bracket 1.5 mtr long made out of GI pipe 40mm dia bend to suitable radius incl clamps nuts bolts washers incl painting with aluminum paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore,medium grade, 2.5 metres length,buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.

Taking out old unsv underground cable of any size/make/ type etc from excavted tranches/ on pole passing through pipes etc from different locations complete all as specified and directed by the engr in charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning LT Cable XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts grade, multistranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 16 sqmm; 4 core conforming to IS:7098 part-I with latest amendments upto date and making cable connections by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping and steel glands and laid in trenches / ducts / floors / roofs or through pipes with saddles and fixing screws etc complete all as specified and directed .

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 38485.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
