GE I R AND D/CHD-08/2026-27 REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEWAGE DUCTS, CRUMPLE TREATMENT AND ALLIED WORKS UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R CHANDIGARH

Material and labour including tools and plants and all requisite safety measures for cleaning and clearing blockage of sewage lines of any dia in any location manually by rodding from manhole to manhole etc including first manhole by deploying requisite manpower including first manhole for day to day complaints and disposal of waste/ sludge comlete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : - The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of deployment of requisite manpower , cost of tools and plants like rods, bamboos, all safety devices etc.)

Material and labour for cleaning & removing of sludge, soil, mud etc from sewage pipe lines of any dia including manholes by rodding using MS rod tied with jetting suction machine : - Mounted on a TATA 1109 OR equivelent vehicle chasis having center storage tank having two compartment of 4000 liters for suction of sewage sludge and 2000 litres for fress water required for jetting process and jute/gunny bags between manhole to manhole and flushing down with water removing the sludge to a any distance n.exc 500 mtr away from the starting point depositing in pits n.less than 30cm dia. from existing ground level including sprinkling with bleaching powder over the area of pit and spreadiing/depositig top with a layer of soil & cleaned manholes complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : -The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of deployment of requisite manpower , cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, all safety devices etc complete.)

Material and labour for cutting to existing manholes for any dia pipe making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out exiting benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 3.00 m depth for foundation etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.sub base and under floors complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material beyond 500 m and depositing where directed and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 300mm internal dia of salt glazed stoneware pipes laid in trenches including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes and packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested completely surroundiung for 300mm bore of pipes with complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 PCC (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching of manholes, roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
