Providing , Installation and testing of (Safex/Minimax/Ceasefire Make) mechanical foam type trolley mouned 45/50 litre capacity fire extinguishers for fighting A&B class fire test pressure 30 Kg/ square centimeter mild steel body with inside co2 gas cart. of 300 gm capacity ISI marked as per IS: 4947. The extinguisher is externally epoxy coated as per IS: 5 colour shade No. 538 complete with discharge hose pipe. The extinguisher will be manufactured strictly as per BIS: 16018:2012 with fire rating 20A,233B, working pressure 15 Kg F/ square centimeter, hydro pressure 30 Kg F/ square centimeter and bursting pressure 45 Kg F/ square centimetre etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

The extinguisher has pressure gueage for indicating inside pressure with opending and closing lever of squeeze grip valve with temper proof seal. The Extinguisher is externally Epoxy coated as per IS:5 colors shade No. 538 complete with wall bracket The Extinguisher will be manufactured strictly as per BIS: 15683 bearing ISI marked and body and valve is CE marked & E.N3.7 internationally approved with fire rating 3A, 55B, working pressure 15 KG F /Square centimeter, hydropressure 35 Kg F/ square centimeter and bursting pressure 55 Kg F/ square centimetre etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing , Installation and testing of (Safex/Minimax/Ceasefire Make) ABC dry powder extinguisher 25 KG capacity fitted with gun metalled cap, body MS sheet epoxy powder coated, fire red painting, MS siphon tube, high pressure braided rubber / PVC hose with discharge squeeze grip nozzle jet length 3 mtr min complete with initial charges, inside 300 gm CO2 cartridge as per IS: 15683:2006, Mono ammonium phosphate based dry chemical poder as per IS:14609, trolley mounted, hydraulic test at 30 Kg F / Square centimeter for 2 minutes , BIS approved (IS:16018) and provided with all test certificate etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, Installation and testing of flexible cable (Polycab / Finolex / Glyster make) 2c x 1.5mm covered with heavy duty PVC conduit pipe etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing battery operated double sided exit sign board with direction marking ( Agni devices/Ases/Eaton Make)etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, installation and testing 50mm dia CI double flanged type butterfly valve (Sant/Kartar/ LP make) with allied accessories as required etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia brass ball valve (Sant/Kartar/ LP make) with allied accessories as required etc. complete all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in build up section i.e. angle. Tees, channel etc. including applying priming coat on red lead paint complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
