Section I Civil Work

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints files with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specefication and direction of E/I

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone -III ) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal Size)

Providing and laying in position cement cocrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone -III ) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal Size)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Foundation, footing, bases of column, etc. For mass concrete

R.C.C. Work in wall (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, column, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and stru etc. Above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone - III ) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 nominal size)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Column, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, posts and Struts

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 on inside wall including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8 mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of bars to work site cutting bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per builing specification and direction of E/I. (Onaly valid for SAIL, TATA Stee, JSPL, Electro Steel Ltd and Vizal Steel)

Providing Tor Steel reinforcement of 10mm , 12 mm & 16 mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of bars to work site, cutting bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

12 mm -20mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (Onaly valid for SAIL, TATA Stee, JSPL, Electro Steel Ltd and Vizal Steel)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation foundation trenches within a lead of 50M and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Carriage of materials by truck or by any mechenical means loading,unloading & stacking etc. all complete job as per direction of E/I.
