M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25F.M mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour complection of the work but in 1:4 one ceement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M mortar UPPWD SOR 2020/305a UPPWD SOR 305a

Cement concrete with 4cm based approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material labour tools and plants etc required for all completion of work (item code 5.06)

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 75 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar including filling joints with Jamuna sand (with F.P.S. 5 bricks) complete.

White washing with lime to give and even shade: New work (three or more coats)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.for mass concrete.
