Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc. including cleaning, of serviceable brick/stone and staking properly for reuse to same or new location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

Description same as item No 02.00 above, but except stone,and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old serviceable Stone obtained from the demolition of item No 01.00 shall be reused .

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

Description same as per item No 04.00 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-The old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 01.00 shall be used).

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair complete.

M & L Raised pointing to random rubbble masonry , coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron pickets or fencing post or any description all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist , channels, angles, or tee sections , fixed independently or welding to existing angle iron for fixing of new angle and including cutting required length and make Y shape for fixing barbed wire or concertina coil etc., as in post or any position , or any work without connecting plates,FE 410- W (Gde-E-250) etc complete all as directed.

Erection and fixing of , angle, or tee, sections fixed independently, or welding at site to existing angle iron,or grouting in to brick /stone wall by using PCC including cutting, welding to required length and shape as 'Y' or swan neck as indicated or directed, complete . Note : Old steel obtained from dismantling / erection item shall be reused.

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates (Ornamental type where required) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ball bearing etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings incl guard bars/hold fast etc and hanging also fastening and fixing complete Fe - 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed. Make of Paint :- Asian paint (Apcolite) / Nerolac (Nerolac Full Gloss) / ICI Paint (Dulux Gloss)

Preparation of old steel surface and apply one coat synthetic enamel paint of of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed. Make of Paint :- Asian paint (Apcolite) / Nerolac (Nerolac Full Gloss) / ICI Paint (Dulux Gloss)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

Excavation in trench in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete.

Demolition and breaking up 300 mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware,AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base / mass concrete etc. complete.

M & L three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, dry complete

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid as in steps, jambs, pillers, window cills, cooking platform , parapet wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE

M & L 60 mm thick glossy interlocking tile of M-30 mix laid over dry sand cushioning, with grey cement and pigment , filling of joints with sand & compaction after filling of joints and edges shall be secured with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Supplying and spreading for sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

Supply and spreading 20-22 mm thick sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L glossy chequred cement concrete tile 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, landings balconies, canopies, deck slabs and shelves etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Description same as item No 34.00 above, but for 6 mm to 8 mm dia complete all as above.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 5 mm dia and over and including 10 mm dia mm dia as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab culvert slab deck slab and similar works n. exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or slopping , fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cill, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs n. exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n. exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of disturbed existing galvanised steel sheeting from the angle iron picket, MS square tube frame, or any other type of fixing and stacking the same a side or store safely and refixing the same to angle iron pickets or MS steel frame at old/new place after completetion of stone/ Brick wall work in any height , any position, any description, fixed galvalume sheet with coach screws and washers, as in wall clading, roof, or as view cutter over the boudary wall, etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

Desilting of silt/mud etc from storm water drains including disposal to a distance exc 50m and not exc 250m and depositing at a level not exc 1.5m above starting point

Fixed in repairs Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP2,laid &jointed with collars 450mm bore of pipe complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of Concertina coil of any dia and length over existing barbed wire fencing of any height, shape or any place and re laying of concertina coil in old/new location in any dia , any expended length any height , any place and securing two colis each other and to barbed wire with 'U' clips staples , including all necessary securing material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting up bushes, grass, eliphant gross,small branches of tree or any other type of obstacles to create workable space along the boundary wall and up to two meter wide from the wall to fixing of CGI sheet, barbed wire and concertina coil etc., complete all as specified and directed.
