Material and labour in replacement of point wiring with two run of PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (Red and Black colour), 1100 volts grade cable, FRLS, passing through PVC casing caping 25/32mm including accessories and Supply and fixing PVC modular metal flush box with modular white cover plate with frame, suitable for mounting modular fittings like switches, switch socket, fan regulator etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (green colour) FRLS earth wire and connected to earth dolly for the following:-

Material and labour in replacement of sub main wiring in surface/ recessed as site required with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR copper conductor 1100 volt grade multistandard of size 4.0 sqmm and incl drawn through PVC casing capping 25x12mm/32x12mm including accesssories (ISI marks) one run of 4.0 sqmm copper wire for earth continuity wire and connected of common earth dolly, taking down old submain wiring complete and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down servicable/ unservicable ceiling fans for day to day maint from site and overhauling of ceiling fans any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing of winding, replacing the unserviceable spare parts complete with re-assembling and connecting copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, and testing after re-fixing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate of petty items like hanging clamp set, bottom & top canopy, split pin, bolt & nut, spindle, cover fix screw and blade fixing screw, down rod shall be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) The spare parts bush, ball bearing, condensor, fan blade set, bottom cover/top cover, stator, rotor shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element 1.5 KW of any type ( Triangular/Threaded/ Cup type) for geyser 25 ltr capacity complete all as directed at site (work will be executed at site where geysers installed).

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicating lamp round/flat type as per existing suitable for 25 ltr capacity geysers complete all as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in repair fusible plug for any size of geyser complete all as directed at site.

Supply and fixing for replacement of unserviceable thermostate cut-out adjustable for 40-80*C ISI marked suitable for 25 ltr capacity geysers complete all as directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of safety/pressure release/non return valve brass (ISI marked) best quality size 15mm suitable for 25 ltr capacity geysers ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. at site.

Opening of geysers 25 ltr capacity for examining inner shell of copper and repairing the same by brazing at the point of leakage and testing complete on completion (Rate includes the rate of taking down and refixing the geyser after repair)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables etc. in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material from the site of work to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour in replacement of nurse call/ Patient call wiring using one run of cat 6 ethernet networking cable unshielded twisted pair stranded 100% copper UTP lan cable , passing through concealed conduits pipes and , necessary connections for any fittings like nurse call system, patient calls system ,wall bed socket, main display, docter desk unit, door unit etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation in replacement of LED Red obstruction aviation luminaries 10 Watts with secondary optics made in pressure die-cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66, complete including base plate complete fitting connecting upto top of the buildings with & including two runs of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, weather proof, multistranded copper conductor cable of 1100 Volts grade including testing complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.6 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts galvanized iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including of MES sch pt I testing on completion with & incl. 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for earth lead, PCC (1:3:6) pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) cover watering arrangement with funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe, common salt & char coal fixing necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
