Scarifying Existing Bituminous road surface to a depth fo 50 mm and disposal of scarified materials with all lifts and leads upto 1000 meters as per clause 305.4.3

Excavation for roadway in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and laoding in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m as per clause 301.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2

Earth work mechanicaly compacted to 95% proctor density in ordinary soil exacavation to be in the form of (a) regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m indepth & earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to the required level and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30 m lead, T&P , CP and royalty . The earth from cutting to be used as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the Engineer in Charge including supply of roller and water required for proper completion of the work as per MORTH specification no 305. (Compaction rate only)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303-2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause-401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacitng with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granuller base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/Sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and laying dense grade bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting to hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling wiht smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specifications clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg. per square metres on the prepared bitumenous / granuler surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Morth specification no. 503 also including cost of Bitumen.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumenous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification Clause 509 complete in all respect.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as pe MORTH specification Clause 2100.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications 1300.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:4 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications 1300.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications 1300 & 2200

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in super structure as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 800, 1205.4 & 1205.5 (M30 grade)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD Bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification 1600 & 2200.

Providing laying and fixing of 1000 mm dia NP-3 Class Spigot Hume Pipe as per technical specification Clause 1100.

Providing laying and fixing of 600 mm dia NP-3 Class Spigot Hume Pipe as per technical specification Clause 1100.

Supply and fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 hume pipe gule culvert as per drawing and technical specification clause 1100.
