Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as reserved SC Category as prescribed in the tender document

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Satisfactorily completed (at least 25% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least any work is to be completed of value not less than 25% estimated value of contract

Valid contractor Registration Certificate issued from competent authority in appropriate contractor class

Financial Turnover Certificate obtained and certified by the Registered Valid Chartered Accountant indicating the Registration no of Chartered Accountant with UDIN number details along with profit and loss statement tallying the annual Turnover

Unconditional Line of credit i.e, 30% of amount put to tender obtained from Nationalised/Scheduled Banks in Given Pro-forma in the bid document

Valid PAN Card and Valid GST Registration certificates

Contractor Contact phone number , address and e-mail id are mandatory

The contractor belonging to the SC Catagory shall be domicile of the State Government of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile Certificate of bidder for applying to work shall be scanned and upload in e-tender document
