Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in above ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in in roof padding,kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing water proofing treatment any type like plastering, PCC, Roof tiles, APP membrane etc., including removal of debris, old APP membrane etc.to outside MD land and providing water proofing treatment on horizantal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160gm/Sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finally after drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over plastered RCC roof slab/parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc., complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed (Note: Plastering will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L rendering with CM 1:4, 15 mm thick with water proofing compound in roof finishes complete all as specified and directed Note :(WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down carefully cracked loose plastering of highly deteriorated portion of RCC beams, pillars, chajjas, slab and lintels including cleaning the reinforcement bars of any size by scapping and removing rust by using rust remover and applying epoxy based anti corrosive coating of Zinc Rich primer and applying bonding agent of Boscocem 475 SBR latex on the surface of old concrete as per manufacturers recommendation, recasting RCC members not exc. 50mm thick with cement concrete type A0, 1:1.5:3 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with acrylic latex based additive of Hydroment 476 @ 10 ltrs per 50 kg of cement including finishing matching with existing finishes all rendering 10 mm thick over concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 including application of three coats of white wash/ Oil Bound Distemper/ Colour wash after preparation of surface or the proportion recommended by the manufacturers including all necessary formwork all as directed at site. Note : (a) Replacement of reinforcement as per existing where necessary before recasting RCC reinforcement shall be deemed to to be inclusive of this item quoted rate .(b) The cost factor towards sacffolding etc for carrying out these items of work at various heights upto 12 Mtr shall deemed to be included in this item. (c) Approved agency to execute the item - Bostik, STP, SIKKA

Supply and application of Drilling and fixing injection packer and grout the Low viscous epoxy injection Resin Grout system of LVEP by using electrical operation Pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : For Beam and column area Drilling and fixing the Injection Packers and mixing and inject the two components (comp ‘A’ and comp ‘B’) Low viscosity Injection Material with electrical operation pump. Approved agency - Bostik, STP, SIKKA

Providing and applying polyurethane waterproofing membrane coating system comprising the followings : A. Removal of exisiting bituminous membrane and mechanical cleaning of surface & treating in sound clean and free from any bituminous residue , dirt, oil, grease etc.. All surface cracks etc filled with Flowfill Grout, all surface patchwork, defects etc. to be repaired with high early strength, fast setting repair mortar using Patchfix concrete, all complete as per the manufacturers specification. B. Providing & applying Ultraseal PU Primer @ 200 ml per sqmt and then applying two coats of single component, moisture cure highly elastomeric & tough polyurethane waterproofing membrane of Ultraseal PU @ 1.2 kg per sqmt in two coats to achieve dry film thickness of 1mm., all complete as per the manufacturers specification. Approved agency - Bostik, STP, SIKKA

Taking down old cement plaster including racking out joint, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc., on wall surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of external wall primer complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed
