Testing of 11 KV CTs (3 Nos. of Current Rating 150 Amps for each incomer) associated with Relays (OC/EF/Master) provided in HV Panels, Testing of polarity, Ratio, Insulation Values, Testing of Ammeter connected in the panel, Marking of avialable CT Ratio, checking of Trip circuit and Breaker operation / Tripping etc., as required confronting to IS 9124-1979 by Primary Injection Test (Testing at 50 % and 100 % Rating) as required.

Supply and fixing of facia sheets of illuminated guidance signboard made of 4mm thick poly carbonate glare free sheets of superior quality and pasted with requisite inscription made of self adhesive film of 3M/LG make and pasted on the inside of the polycarbonate sheet with required colour for mandatory / information guidance signboards as required.

Supply of slim type Edge lit Guidance Sign boards of not more than 50 mm depth (+/- 10 %) having various sizes (As per ICAO/DGCA CAR standards) made of reinforced 2 mm thick anodized aluminium profile with suitable angle support with 1.5 mm aluminium back cover. Signage sheet shall be 2 mm thick, long life imported non-specular surface polycarbonate and the letters and symbols are made out from 3M/LG film pasted from inside with required colouring for mandatory / information guidance signboards. Suitable solid state citcuit and mechanism shall be made to function on CCR Circuits. Suitable arrangement shall be made for IP67 water proof protection. Sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with IP67 grade LEDs and 4 mm thick light guide panels to achieve required even illumination level, operated on input source of 2.8 Amp to 6.6 Amps Constant current, along with aluminium mounting leg and breakable coupling, CI base plate etc complete as per latest ICAO/FAA specifications. The signage shall be suitable to work from two CCR circuits at a time.

Removal and reinstallation of existing guidance sign boards having 2 legs of various sizes at the new location by using SS 304 foundation bolts for each leg, providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) to make platform all around the signboard for 0.5 mtr on all sides of the guidance sign board for a depth of 150 mm, fixing of baseplate, breakable couplings i/c testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Installation of guidance sign boards having 2 legs of various sizes at the new location by using SS 304 foundation bolts for each leg, providing cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) to make platform all around the signboard for 0.5 mtr on all sides of the guidance sign board for a depth of 150 mm, fixing of baseplate, breakable couplings i/c testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.
