Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving. Exc n' 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, beded and pointed in any mortar including removing the dismantled material complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkatts or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each & removing to store complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down Chowkatts or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 sq. m each & removing to store complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone any description complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/demolition water tanks of capacity exc 250ltr but not exc 500ltr and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
