Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level inall shapes and sizes in :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification. One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary aluminium fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 110mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6 kg. pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" hinges, Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
