Construction of C Wall Pathway Drain and conversion of Security room into Toilet along with Fitting and Fixing of Open Gym equipment at Ananta Vihar Phase III Park Pokhariput

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Filling foundation and plinth with good coarse river sand well watered and rammed with cost of all labour, material, T&P, taxes, royalties etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size downgraded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

.C.C. work of M-15 having minimum compressive strength of 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days and in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.)

Supplying fitting & fixing Pre cast Kerb stone of size 300mmx300mmx150mm of M30 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick cement concrete inter locking paver block of M30 grade of approved shade & design having minimum compressive strength 35N/mm2 over a layer of 30mm thick compacted sand laid over subbase compacted with vibrater including cost of all material, labour and all taxes etc. all complete and as per the direction Engineer-in-Charge.

Carriage of debris or surplus earth by mechanical means within a lead of 5km excluding the loading etc. complete as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material grade IV, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface,mixing by place in method rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 501 and spreading the same with motor grader of adequate capacity with hydraulic controlled blades & compacting the same with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100KN static weight or of equivalent capacity, to achieve minimum required density of technical specification for Road & Bridge works MORT&H (5th revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication and manufacturing of solid precast concrete element including cost of reinforcement with transportation from factory to worksite including lifting & laying by crane of 35.00 ton fixing in position with jointing material etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sypplying fittibnf & Fixing RCC bench of approved size,colour & specification including cost of all etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
