Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m :

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete hollow block including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete.

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Extra for laying concrete in or under water and/or liquid mud including cum per cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Supplying and filling stone boulders as filter media including carriage of boulders by mechanical transport within a lead of 10 km etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
