Dismantling the existing damaged Synthetic Surface and the dismantled Synthetic materials should be conveyed and deposited in the low lying area with a lead of 15 to 20 Kms as directed by the departmental officer.

Dismantling the existing RCC precast cover slabs and clearing away from the site of work with loading and unloading and dumping in low lying areas.

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface using 3Kg of bitumen 80/100 for 10 sq.m area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&T specification.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous macadam 50mm consolidated thickness using 4% of bitumen 60/70 grades per clause 507 of MORTH specification.

Providing and applying tack coat over PC with WMM surface treated with prime coat using 2.5 kgs of emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 25mm consolidated thickness using 5.1% of bitumen 60/70 grade as per clause 512 of MORTH specification.

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete road kerbs of size 300 x 150 mm made to shape in C.C.1:2:4 using 20 mm down size Coarse graded aggregate including form work and fixing in base cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix laid over sand bed including pointing exposed faces with C.M 1:3 etc. complete, as directed.

Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (one cement,one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm gauge H.B.S.J for all R.C.C works connected to the work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing, finishing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers .

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete perforated precast slab with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for drain cover slab . Rate shall include for providing necessary casting platform, shuttering, reinforcement as detailed below, finishing exposed faces smooth wherever necessary and pointing the joints with C.M 1:3,(one cement and three M sand) 15 mm thick curing and fixing in position etc complete and as directed.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction. For Foundation and Basement

12 mm thick cement plaster to walls with cement mortar 1:3, ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) according to specifications. Rate shall include for necessary staging, scafolding and curing at all levels and elevations etc.complete as directed.

Providing and laying World Athletics approved Synthetic Athletics Track FULL PUR system minimum thickness not less than as prescribed in World Athletics Track & Fiedl Facilities Manual, 2019 including line marking and obtaining class-II certification from world athletics. The certificate must mention the thickness of the product. The product must be free of Volatile Organic compound (report should be attached with the specs). FULL PUR System duly World Athletics certified, spread with SBR (recycled rubber) in first 2 layers and coloured EPDM Granules in final layer must be water impermeable layer consist of bound sub base (closed asphalt), for rubber granules 1-4mm fixed with a cast coating 4mm per layer & structured cast coating of appropriate thickness SPREAD WITH EPDM 1-4mm. System should fulfill the following properties- Water impermeable, Pore-filled, self leveling, joint less granulated surface for anti slip properties can handle constant stresses by spikes, dynamic elasticity, excellent appearance & colours including markings on the surface all complete as per requirements/ specifications laid down by World Athletics all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
