'SCHEDULE `A' PART -V RO water filter of capacity 1000L at Bn HQ Veng, 36 Assam Rifles '' M & L for dismantling of existing 1000 LPH IRP including removal of existing old filter media of various sizes, unserviceable strainers etc and deposited to place where directed complete :- (a) Supply and filling Barakar sand of 16/32, 10/20mm size and Gravel of size 1", 3/4", 1/2", 3/8", 1/4", 1/8". (b) Petty Repair of MS vessels (c) Supply and fixing rubber gasket joints for all packing required places of IRP unit including nut-bolts (d) Supply and replacement of plastic damaged strainers (push Type) of approved quality and size wherever required (e) Replacement of existing MNO2 / Anthracite from oxidation chamber with new MNO2 or Anthracite lumps to be used as oxidizing agent (f) Supply and fix water pressure gauge duly calibrated of existing size complete (g) Supply and Installation of Electronic Dosing Pump (6 LPH) with 50Ltr Tank (h) Air Compressor with allied accessories (j) Repair or Replacement of Diaphragm Valves - 5 Nos.

'SCHEDULE `A' PART -VIII 250 KVA Transformer at Bn HQ Veng of 36 Assam Rifles '' Repair/ Maint of 250 KVA Transformer at Bn HQ Veng of 36 Assam Rifles including (a) Dismantling and taking out the existing UNSV Gang opertaing Switch both male and female devices from existing two pole structure as per direction of Engr-in-Charge x 01 Job (b) Supply and fix HT 11 KV, out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 630 Amps as per site requirement and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (c) Supply and fix HT 11 KV, out door type gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 630 Amps as per site requirement and as per direction of Engr-in-Charge x 01 Job. (e) Supply and fix Cut out with rewearable fuse link of complete of 500 Amps including taking down old unserviceable items from the circuit including necessary connection and testing all a specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge x 15 Nos (f) Supply and fix cable lugs copper of size 240 Sqmm including necessary connections of cable both end complete all as per direction of Engr-In-Charge x 16 Nos (g) Supply and fix cable lugs aluminum of size 125 Sqmm including necessary connections of cable both end complete all as per direction of Engr-In-Charge x 16 Nos (h) Cleaning with scrapers, preparing the old synthetic enamel paint surfaces of the 250 KVA transformer and applying one coat of synthetic paint on the surface of the 250KVA transformer x 01 Job (j) Free for filling topping up after dehydration and filtration of 250 KVA transformer (Oil will be supplied by the dept free for filing) x 40 ltr (k) Dismantling of 250 KVA transformer from site including transport to workshop and back and rewinding of old and defective HV & LV coils with super enameled copper wire as per orginal spec.
