12 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) including watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc.

16mm.thick cement plaster ( 1:6 ) over brick work with cost, carriage royalty etc. complete.

6 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:4 ) to R.C.C.surface finishing smooth including closed deep chipping and slury treatment etc.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6.7mm & down grades size hard granite crusher broken chips on new work in Ground Floor

Priming two coats to old wall work over two coat of primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with any approved shade including cost of distemper etc.for old works

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete. including cost,lead etc.of all materilas including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials royalties taxes and cost of indigo glue with T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats to old wood work including cost,lead etc.of all materilas for old works
