Pipe over all height 3.00 m the distance between two legs being 1.25 m and the spacing of the post being 2.00 m in each rows and providing platform with country wood planks using 40 mm thick silver oak and 1.00 m wide in complete from with horizontal bracing @ 1.50 m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracing using same 48.30 mm diameter including cutting, threading assembly with one coat red oxide primer. Labour charges, cost of special such on large plate, shoe, catcher, coupling, bolt and nut, transport charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300 x 300 x 70mm, PCC M-15 base concrete (20 mm HBGSJ) as per the standard specification. The cross bracing to be assembled as per standard distance.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with crushed stone sand (commercially called M-sand) in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered, consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying the Plain Cement Concrete M-5 Grade using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated etc.,complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the deptl.officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456 2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

For fourth floor

Chemical Anchoring using Hilti HIT-V (5.8) Anchor bolt M24X400 and min 300mm long into the concreting elements by using HILTI RE-10 Chemicals as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by Engineer - in – Charge at site. Rate is inclusive of Hilti Anchor bolt & Drilling the holes and cleaning etc.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement and six sand) using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110x75mm size conforming to IS:12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing,etc.,complete complying with standard specifiction.

For Ground floor upto 4.50 m height (+)

Brick partition walls of 11cm thickness using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 75mm size in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) including charges for fixing Hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (The cost of hoop iron reinforcement shall be paid separately)

For Ground Floor

Plastering the walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 12mm thick using the P-sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality double charged vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8 mm thick over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement & three m-sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and fixing in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the executive engineer before use on work.

Renewing and fixing new one of M.S grill using square or round bars, flat, etc., for outer frame and internal members for providing doors, window, ventilators, gates etc., as per design appd. and directed by the deptl. officers including dismantling the masonry and finishing to the original condition labour for fabrication fixing with new wassart clamps and finishing with new one of primer of approved colour and quality etc., complete.

Renewing and Refabricating the structural steel work to the required profiles as per the attached GA drawings including fabricating the rafters / top chords to the required dimensions to meet the actual site requirements and joining with riveted/ bolted or welded connections in built up sections in trusses, framed work, Rigid Portal frames, columns, beams , girders, bracing etc with hot rolled steel sections and MS plates conforming to IS standards all complete as per approved structural drawings and as per the directions of the Engineer-in- charge. Rate is inclusive of complete Tranportation,fabrication, erection, painting with one coat primer & two coats of enamel paint with all lead & lift using 100 MT lifting crane etc complete.

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam as External Wall Thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvalume sheet with micro ribbed profile, whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free, high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

50mm (+38mm) thick PUF roof panel

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of Galvalume Colour Sheet with the following specification. The material should be PPGI tiles profile with any colour of 0.47 mm thick having width of 1050 mm. The sheet should be GI base pre-painted hot dipped GI sheet and to be fixed with self tapping screws and plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc of AZ 120 GSM paint thickness. The finish should be terracotta finish (optional matt finish). The sheet to be fixed with making suitable, cutting the sheet to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) 4 sided having 50 x 25 x 1.50mm frame work vertical and horizontals out of specially designed extruded sections withstand wind pressure of 180 Kg/sq.m and fabricated fixed at all level elevation and heights. The extruded section cutting and fixing required space extruded section shall be of 6063 and alloy of BSH 9 confirming T is – 63400 rate shall included to fix the main frame with necessary clamps, fasteners, bolt nuts etc. The main frame of extruded section shall be of 22843 & 22739 (H9) grade conforming to BS 4174 (or) IS 8147. Rate shall included 4mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 + 3.5 + 0.25) alstrong or equivalent fixing with spacer tape and the ACP sheet bounded with special type structural sealant of dow corning 789 or equivalent in dust free conditions the gaps between ACP sheet to be filed with whether sealant and backer rod or 12mm foam sheet to ensure water and air tightness in all complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officer.

Repainting the old walls with two coats of first quality Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved colour including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3 km (entirely within city limit) including loading un-loading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc.,complete.
