Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let ceiling rose etc on teak wood battens / PVC pipes / casing & caping including removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls / floors ceiling etc including painting/colour washing/distempering complete all as per existing specification of the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings on brick wall / stone, concrete block where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth including painting/colour washing/distempering complete all as per existing specification of the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor wire with unsheathed, FRLS grade PVC insulated, single core with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to the surface of the roof/ walls or in chases etc. including terminal boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness should be not lessthan 1.2mm thick for fixing of switches, fan regulators socket outlet etc along-with 3mm thick top laminated bakelite sheet for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-
