All as per item No. 180 above, but for Energy efficient LED Flood light Luminaire, high PF, 150W complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Highbay, 80W LED, with high luminous efficacy upto ≥ 100 LPW IP66 protected, front toughened glass, with discrete high lumen LED, energy saving, long life with all accessories, 240V, using 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated sheathed three core multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100V grade for connection passing through PVC Conduit upto 25mm size as per site requirement, testing & commissioning and complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 182 above, but for LED Highbay, 120W LED.

S & F in replacement of LED post top Lantern E-Top 30 Watt with low glare optical design acrylic opal diffuser with spigot made up of cast aluminium and wired with all accessories, 240V, including taking down of old unserviceable light fitting, pre-wired using 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated sheathed three core multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100V grade (Upto 3.0 RM) for connection passing through PVC Conduit or pole, from junction box to light fitting as per site requirement, testing & commissioning and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 9/10 Watt LED Bollard decorative light Glaze fitting with low glare diffuser including taking down of old unserviceable light fitting and necessary PCC work 1:2:4 of adequate size for fixing of bollard fitting as per site requirement, testing & commissioning and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED aviation light fitting 10Watt, 240V with comprising of aluminium housing with red polycarbonate dome for better illumination , 302 x 5mm LED, IP 66 protection including taking down of old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Bajaj Cat Part No BGAV 302 LED or equivalent make ISI Mark as approved)

S & F in replacement of PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with, 240V, Neutral link, three phase connector, with IP 66/67 protection suitable for outdoor installation on pole/wall surface and including with 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unserviceable junction box complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Sintex Cat Part No. GSMB 2520, Hensel Cat Part No KF 2500H or equivalent of ISI Mark as approved)

M&L and connecting in replacement of PVC insulated sheathed multistranded 3 core cable FR grade of size 4.0 sqmm with copper conductor including passing through PVC conduit along the pole, on wall surface or in trenches from existing light fitting to existing junction box and complete all as specified and directed.. Make : MESCAB/KEI/Havells.

All as per item No. 188 above, but for PVC insulated sheathed 3 core cable of size 2.5 sqmm with copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 188 here-in-before, but for PVC insulated sheathed 3 core cable of size 1.5 sqmm with copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and replacement of brackets made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, 1.5M long, bend to shape and fixing with MS clamps made out of flat iron, with replacement of necessary nuts, bolts, washers etc and painting of bracket and clamps with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and replacement of existing unserviceable clamps with new clamps made out of 40x6 mm bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for fixing GI pipe bracket to steel pole, made in two halves, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rigid non-metallic, ISI marked, PVC conduit, smoke free, fire retardant, and temp stable quality of size 25mm external dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, etc., and including all fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles/clamps, pipe hooks for securing of electric wires/cables of any type and size as laid alog the pole or on wall surface of ISI make as approved complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 193above of size 32mm external dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of rigid non-metallic PVC bends, FRLS grade of size 25mm external dia including all fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., all as per site requirement and as directed of ISI make as approved complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 195 above, of size 32mm external dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Junction boxes with lid and screws of 25mm external dia upto 4 way of ISI make as approved complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 197 above, of size 32mm external dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and replacement of existing unserviceable clamps with fixing new clamps made out of 25x4 mm MS flat bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for securing of PVC conduit upto 32 mm dia along the pole or wall from Light fitting to junction box, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 4mm dia GI wire as earthing lead burried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level. connected to GI wire earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 and incl earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade, funnel, wire mesh, protection pipe 15 mm dia light grade up to 7.5 mtr length of earth wire, charcoal dust and salt etc and connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor /main earthing lead fixed to wall/batten or recess/chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
