M&L for screed bed or beding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning layer under the floors and hand level surface including watering and consolidation to receive floor tiles complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block vibro compacted rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick Cement plaster with (1:4) cement mortar on fair faces of brick wall and finished ,even & Smooth(without using extra cement) as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick or concrete surfaces applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather coat on surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated brick or concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement based paint on surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 50 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.
