Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling (AC corrugated, semi corrugated/ PPGI sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eaves etc fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling (AC corrugated, semi corrugated/ PPGI sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 8mm thick Exposed metal frame ceiling with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately). Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified. Note :- (i) Main tee, cross tee shall be 35x25x1.5mm & 25x25x1.5mm respectively. Angle at end all along the walls shall be 40x25x2mm. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of frame work complete.
