(Each Job contains 3 Complaints)

Supply and lay bricks in trenches , common burnt clay building bricks,sub-class ‘B’ Designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED street light fitting 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting for taking into credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting for taking into credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 170 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp. and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting for taking into credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Aviation/ Obstruction light 10 W or higher wattage installed on the roof of overhead reservoir or on roof top of high rise building/ hanger with taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surface /pole including scraping and cleaning to remove dust, grease, plaster or any other foreign materials and complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of zinc chrome primer & two coats of synthetic enamel all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30 cm high in blue/ black coloured circle complete all specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement pole mounting type FRP cable looping box with connector of inside dimension 250mm x 250mm x 150mm with 40 x 6mm flat iron including suitable brass gland, lugs etc and terminal box to be fixed on pole with suitable fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of GI bracket made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe length 1.50m, bent to an angle of 30 degree and fixed with 40mm x 6mm flat iron, including suitable 02 set of clamps with nut , bolts ,and washers for fixing of light to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 complete including disconnecting existing cable in the old pole, keeping it safetly for taking into credit and reconnecting the cable after installing the new pole along with new lugs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles including form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for poles including form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Taking down carefully unserviceable ceiling fans of any size from its position, dismantling blades, taking the fan motor to electrical replacement shop and bringing back the fan motor after making it serviceable & testing and hanging the ceiling fan in its position after fixing the removed blades properly and making necessary connections to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule here-in-after.
