M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm X 200 mm, 7 mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 on stone masonry wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable water closet seat cover & S&F plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover & mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 500x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and flug and porcelain stopper including brackets
