Taking down the defective reciprocating open type compressor from the central type Air conditioning plant 45 TR capacity / Make: VOLTAS ,Model :- 5H60 by disconnecting suction and discharge valves after pumping down the system and other controls ,dismantling the compressor for overhauling , servicing, cleaning all the internal parts and checking for damage / wear and tear of any part and replace if required / accessories as listed in schedule "A" , Re- assembling the compressor in all respect , refixing the same in its original position and re connecting all disconnected lines including pressure testing as per the OEM recommendation / Specification, and commissioning for proper function of all instruments like pressure gauge , pressure switches , solenoid valve, expansion valve etc. replace if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- (i).Unserviceable parts / accessories required to be replaced will be measured and paid for under relevant Items as supply only. (ii). Unserviceable parts /accessories listed here-in-after will be replaced only after the approval of Engineer-in Charge . (iii). Labour charges for removing unserviceable parts / accessories and replacement with new one shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv). Any minor spares / parts /accessories not covered in the Schedule "A" Part but required for completion of job shall be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted shall be deemed to have been inclusive of such items. (v) Leak test, gas and oil charging shall be measured under relevant items., (vi) Renewal of control wiring in the system/ panel is deemed to be included in the rate, copper cable will be measured under relevant item here-in-after.

Material and Labour for gas charging by vacuumising complete system of central Type Air-conditioning plant with double stage vacuum pump of (-) 2 Kg/cm2 vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, Charging the Dry nitrogen gas and hold up to 24 hrs and rectifing the leakage if any by replacing the "O" ring and Gland packing of service valve including Top up the compressor oil and charging the Gas all as specified below, instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Once the Gas charged in it, it should hold the in the system minimum six months and in case of any leakage from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level free of cost No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. Compressor oil and R22 gas shall be measured and paid separately for relevant item as supply only.

Material and Labour for Servicing of oil pump including supply and replacing all un-serviceable parts of following compressor

At Auditorium - Make :-VOLTAS , Model - - 5H60 Capacity -45 TR compressor.

At Engine Holding Bay- Make :-Blue star , Model - - 403677 Capacity -50 TR compressor.

Material and Labour for descaling the shell and tube condenser by circulating descaling chemical through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and open the end cover of condenser and manually clean the inner tubes with nylon brush until complete scale to be removed and flush out with fresh water. Reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower, make up water tank etc as required commissioning in all respect for the following:-

Material and Labour for dismantling unserviceable Butterfly valves any type 100 mm dia and supply and fix new valve 100 mm dia , butterfly type , including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets all as directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling unserviceable Butterfly valves any type 150 mm dia and supply and fix new valve 150 mm bore dia , butterfly type , including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets all as directed.

Supply and fixing including welding in its original position 100 mm dia MS pipe line medium grade including all specials/Joints and taking down old corroded pipe all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing corroded MS pipe of 150mm dia condenser water recirculating pipe line and Supply and fixing including welding in its original position MS pipe medium grade 150mm all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixing MS flange 150 mm dia including Bolts ,Nuts, gasket etc and taking down old corroded all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Dismantling unserviceable water strainer any type up to 100 mm bore dia supply and fix new water strainer 100 mm bore dia , both flanged "U" type and suitable for existing location butterfly type , including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets.

Taking down the centrifugal pump set,12 to 15 HP , 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz ( condenser and Chilled water re-circulating pump set) for servicing /overhauling by replacing Bush and bearings, gland packing , studs, gasket etc including machining work to shaft reassembled the pump set, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including erecting testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable MCCB from the panel Supply and fix new MCCB, adjustable type of following capacity/specification ,415V, 50 Hz, with extended terminal & spreader link Make : Legrand / L & T/ Siemens/ ABB/ Schneider

Material and Labour for dismantling and removing the unserviceable thrust bearings from the Air handling Units of the central type A/C plants and replacing with new Thrust bearing No:- 6306 of same type / model , assembling back , reinstalling, connecting and testing all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Servicing of following Air Handling Units ( AHU's ) with humidification pumps of central type A/ C by cleaning air filters , fire dampers , blowers , spray nozzles , condensate water tray , greasing of blower bearing / blower motor , tightening all bolts, nuts and testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed.

a) AHU Model AHU-9 CWC /6R/130 , 15000 Cfm with electric motor 10 HP . Location :- Auditorium

b). AHU Model AHU-3 with chilled water cooling coil , model CWC /32 / 4R / 130 , 3600 Cfm with electric motor . Location :- Engine holding bay

Supply and Replace the MS lov - joy (Male and Female) coupling complete with star rubber disc as per sample for condenser recirculating pump and chilled water pump

Supply and replacement of PVC mesh for cooling tower complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour including fabrication MS Hand rails, supporting structure, etc fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including embedding in concrete and screwing etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down the burnout / defective scroll type compressor from 12.5 TR unit and replace the factory made compressor including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Leak test , Vacuuming and Refrigerant gas shall be measured separately under relevant items. (ii) Compressor shall have warranty of six months and the contractor is responsible for the maintenance of Compressor during that period.

Material and Labour for carry out the leak test complete system of central AC Plant 12.5TR by charging the dry nitrogen gas and hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing / welding / replacing the 'Ö' ring etc and Vacuumising complete system of Air-conditioning plant with double stage vacuum pump of (-) 2 Kg/cm sq vacuum pressure after repairs to line / replacement of compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, including charging the refrigerant Gas upto desired pressure all as specified and directed. Note :- i) Once the Gas charged in it, it should hold in the system for minimum six months and in case of any leakage from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level on free of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. ii) Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. iii) Labour charge for replacement of refrigerant gas is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. iv) leakage test on each complete unit shall be measured separately.

Material and Labour for Servicing and cleaning of following Air Handling Units ( AHU's ) incl humidification pumps of central type A/ C including taking down and cleaning of air filters by caustic soda and flushing with water and refixing in original position and cleaning of fire dampers , blowers , spray nozzles , condensate water tray including greasing of blower bearing / blower motor , tightening belt, all bolts, nuts and testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Servicing of AHU to be carried out once in the entire contract period and Each job will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Spares required for replacement if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply and fixing.

Taking down the unserviceable motor and dismantling including taking out damaged/burnt out winding from motor, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, oiling and greasing assembling and installing back into position for making motor fully functional and testing for satisfactory running complete capacity 2 HP/3HP

Supply only Refrigerant gas(Non CFC) R-407 C

Material and Labour for MS Pipe of any cleaning with wire brush one coat of metal primer and two coat of oil paint complete all as specified and directed.
