Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified .

Demolition of wall and ceiling boards any thickness of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position suspended false ceiling using E- grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross Tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24mm x 0.3mm using 4mm thick high pressure stream cured classic variant E-board, designer pattern (ISI marked, IS No 14862-2000) fibre cement E board to be placed in the grid suspended by 4mm GI wire hangers from the purlins of the roof with butter fly clips including preparation of surfaces and appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 as in subbase using 40 mm graded aggregate .

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4. type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor including finishing top even & smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete/ stone surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), dark shade, polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 sqm, in floors and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6)etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing

M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7/450/350/7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames incl shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm

IInd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters 35mm thick factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauze etc (without sash bar) and fitted to chowkats, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred bead for securing glass,divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I section 8.24 (b) as in windows, ventilators.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening complete.
