Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning compact Dehumidifier of capacity 1000 cubic meter per hour (CMH) to achieve the design conditions as as specified, (process ESP-200 pa, Motor-0.75 KW), (React ESP-150 pa, Heater-12 KW, air flow-333 CMH. Motor-0.75 kW) suitable to absorb moisture in dehumidifier sector by the Eco dry rotor and exhausted in the reactivation sector by a stream of hot air in a counter flow, following the reactivation process, the absorption sector again ready to absorb the moisture. The two process of "Moisture absorption" and "reactivation" are taking place with separate airflow continuously and simultaneously, positive sealing between chambers presents mixing of the process and reactivation air stream, including, commissioning and testing by rep of Original manufacturer also including of all connections and making holes for inlet and outlet vent pipe if any type and size of wall and making good the disturbed surface match with the existing surface after installation complete all as specified and directed (Make-Bry Air Model No FFB-1000 or equivalent model of Make FISAIR or SEIBU GIKEN DST or equivalent)

Supply and fix air circulator wall fans, 3 Blade, 600 mm sweep, min1440 RMP, air Delivery 270 CMM, complete with motor & blades and all required accessories for fixing/hanging complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty electric heater 10000W single phase, AC 240V, 50-60 Hz, wall/ceiling mounted with remote controlled thermostate with temp range 50-90 degree, 5 adjustable louvers to direct air flow complete with all accessories including necessary electrical connections fittings complete all as directed. Make Dr Heater DR 910F or equivalent Model of Make Dewalt or Dyna Glo or equivalent

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 2, with peak shape, dimension 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm and 65 mm peak thickness as per IS 5820: 1970 (min garde of concrete shall be M-20) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using latest boring technique/ or by mechanical means for insertion of GI/CI/PP-R/PVC pipe/cable of any dia/ bore/size complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Pipes shall be measured and paid separtely.

Supplying & laying, in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bracket made out of GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, 1.2 metre long bent to shape at an angle of 120 degree with MS flat iron clamps made out of 40 mm X 6 mm thick mild steel nuts, bolts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge including taking down old unserviceable.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type (IP-54), dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box of size 1000 mm X 1000 mm X 450 mm made out of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 50 mm x 50mm x 6 mm , powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including bus bar, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size with hinged double door shutters (front & rear), cubical type locking arrangement and slanted roof. The size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here under and also suitable for operation on AC 415 Volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz supply system. The panel board shall comprise of following items (Main panel 2): - (a) INCOMING (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 36 kA - 01 No (Thermal Magnetic Setting) (ii) Voltmeter AC 0 to 500 volts- 1 No (iii) Amp meter AC up to 200 Amp -01 No. (iv) LED Indication lamp RYB – 1 Nos (b) OUTGOING (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 25 kA - 01 Nos (Thermal Magnetic Setting) (ii) MCCB 32 Amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 25 kA - 04 Nos (iii) Space Compartment for MCCB , complete all as directed.
