CERTAIN MAINT WORK TO REFRIGERATOR, AC/ PLANT AND OTHER APPLIANCES WORKS AT DALHOUSIE AND BAKLOH UNDER AGE(I) DALHOUSIE

M&L for general servicing / repairs / maintenance by authorised dealer/ represntative of cold storage room unit by leak testing with N- 2 gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system, rectification of leakage by cutting and brazing the refrigeration system wherever required. Replacement of 'O' Ring tefflon washer of valves copper tubing, safety valves, flare nuts etc. Neutralising after the pressure hold good for atleast 24 hours vaccumisation, charging the system with refrigerant gas including complete testing at site all as specified and directed. Note:- Gas charging including in the quoted rate and no extra payment to be made.

M&L for general servicing / repairs / maintenance by authorised dealer/ represntative of cold storage unit by tightening / rectification of electric circuit of all units and controll wiring , phase seqquence, including replacement of fused indication lamp, cleaning of all power contacts, rectification of minor defects complete testing at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for Temprature controller unit range -40 degree to 50 degree temp auto cutup system and maintain suitable tempratue in cold storage room with complete wiring and connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ML-2 contactor single phase 40 amps with complete fixing and connection for evaporater unit of cold stroage room and testeing all as specified and directed.

M&L for cut out fuse 32 Amps baklite with suitable size fuse complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for general servicing/ repair and maintenance of window type AC's of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR comprising of the following tasks at different location of any condition & and transporting to contractor workshop to carry out necessary repair including refixing at site, commissioning, testing, painting of AC's and writing of MES Number complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Inspecting, taking down, brushing cleaning with blower including acid/detergent wash of condenser and cooling coil. (ii) Carry out running test of operation of blower and compressor and ensure that satisfactory functioning of all parts. (iii) Inspecting for leakage in the system. (iv) Checking the earth continuity of electrical parts. (v) Checking the functioning of thermostat. (vi) Inspection of electrical parts. (vii) Testing the machine for satisfactory operation. Note:- (i) Any part found unserviceable / defective shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after. (ii) Make of parts shall be as per original window type AC.

S&F in replacement of air filter of window type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity asper existing Make & Model as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Coir foam or equivalent make ISI marked.

S& F in replacement of cooling coil as per existing Make and Model suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity window air conditioner commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fan & blower motor as per existing make & model & suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity window air conditioner complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F in replacement of fan blade as per existing make & model & suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity window air conditioner complete all as specified and directed
