Removing dry or oil bound distemper , water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches with wall putty etc. complete. All work upto floor V level

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including priming coat with cement primer on New surface. All work upto floor V level.

Distempering (one or more coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on old surface. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and Applying Melamine polishing on wood work to give an even shade & finish including minor filling to scratches where ever required (one or more coats).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, over plastered surface including making surface even & smooth one or more coats on old work (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Providing 15mmthick Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including dismanteling of old damaged tile from exterior walls at all heights including stacking of serviciable material & disposal of unserviciable material outside Jammu University . Nothing extra on account of extra height & scafolding shall be paid.

Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in all kinds of soil in bulk evacuation and foundation trenches pits including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations and in plinth & retaining walls in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth outside University Campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including cost of centering, shuttering (formwork), machine mixing, curing etc. Complete. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto Floor V level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger).

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia G. I Pipe (Medium Grade) complete with G. I fittings and clamps as required complete for fixing the same to the frame work for barrier (Make Parkash/Surya/Jindal) including applying a priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac/Berger)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in-charge. (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm)

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 liters/ 10sqm)
