REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF LT PANEL BOARD, FEEDER PILLAR BOX AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STATION CARNICOBAR

Taking out old unserviceable panel board from existing position and making good of disturbed portion of floor and wall including disconnecting all cables and joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT main feeder pillar outdoor type of size 1.3 x 1.1x 0.75 mtr, weather, vermin proof, free standing floor mounting type mounted of floor/over the duct, with required mounting channel, cable alley for all the feeders, suitable for 440 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system, conforming to IS - 5039, IP-54 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA mild steel sheet with 50x 50x6mm angle iron frame, hinged doors, front & rear opeing and locking arrangement ( including provision of 65mm lock with 2 Keys) with necessary bus bar arrangment with insulated Aluminium bus bar 600 Amps rating for three phase & neutral, 4 strips, installed on epoxy insulators housed in separated bus chambers covered with heat shrinkable sleeves with necessary bus bar tapings for MCCBs with suitable capacity of Alumium bus bar strips including heat shrinkable sleeves, and providing extended bus bars with chember arrangement for outgoing cables, copper control wiring of required size for instruments grouting with PCC foundation work (necessary excavation PCC foundaton included in the quoted rate) and including the following accessories :-
