Bidder should have supplied same or similar Category 03 nos. 16cum capacity Compactors, in at least one of the last three years to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Urban local bodies/Public Listed Company Copies of relevant work done certificate(s) issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Tender inviting authority with satisfactorily completion at least 12 month from the date of supply.

Bidder should be OEM of 16CUM Compactor or bidders authorized by OEM of 16CUM Compactor. If OEM is participating, they should upload Manufacturing license or bidders authorized by the OEM participating, they should upload valid Authorization certificate issued by the OEM of 16CUM Compactor, to ensure highest quality, service and maintenance of the vehicle.

Self-declaration Affidavit stating that the firm is not Blacklisted/order cancellation/termination history on a Rs 100.00 stamp paper

If OEM is participating, they should upload Manufacturing license or bidders authorized by the OEM of base chassis manufacturer participating, they should upload valid Authorization certificate issued by the OEM of base chassis manufacturer, to ensure highest quality, service and maintenance of the vehicle.

Balance sheet/profit & loss statement/Income tax returns statements for last 3 years (Rs. 370.00 Lakhs) (In any two of the last three Financial year) Certified by Auditor. FY (2023-24 to 2025-26)

PAN CARDand GST Certificate.

Line of credit certificate of Rs.51.00 Lakhs (unconditional)
