Preparation of Structrural Design and Drawing for the prposed construction of 18 HIG Flats (16 flats + 2 Duplex flats) ( Stilt + 4 Floor) in S.F.No: 412/4,5,16pt & 413pt at Sampath Nagar, Erode District under SFS for following structural members using latest technology and adopting BIS specifications with economy and parcticable using the diameter of bars available in the market. The structural memebers like foundations, Grade beam, Columns, Roof beams, Roof slab, Stair Case, waist slab, OHT, Sump, Road, Compoundwall and other Structural members involved in the drawings. The required soil test and type design drawigns will be furnished departmentally and as per the details in the soil test foundation design has to be suggested.Necessary working drawings also to be prepared indicating the bar bending schedule and other structrural connectivity with other members. The design and drawing should be submitted in Triplicate in hard copy as well as in three CDs for office purpose.The design has to be approved by the CE/TNHB and whenever any corrections or additions reuired that has to be incorporated in design till the final approval.
