Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid as directed.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3mm (outer) & 2mm (inner) compartment door CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank process panel mounted on angle iron 40x40x6mm frame having 4 Nos legs 45 cm long of 40x40x6mm angle iron, included 15 cm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and 30cm clear space from ground level. Front and back opening type with aprons for cable entry with locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size and cable entry boxes with cable glands. M&L for cutting of existing road for laying of XLPE cable of any size including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing level with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

S&F GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore for cable protection laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed to wall/Pole with clamp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two single core 6 sq.mm for Sub Main wiring with copper conductor FRLS multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100Volts grade in and including non matelic pvc concealed conduit with fixing accessories including one run of 6 Sq mm copper conductor and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4 .complete including taking out of existing wiring all as specified (Note - Two runs of 06 Sq mm cable, one run of 6 Sq mm earth cable and one run of PVC casing Capping shall be measured as one running meter.)

M&L for two single core 4 sq.mm for Sub Main wiring with copper conductor FRLS multistranded PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100Volts grade in and including non matelic pvc concealed conduit with fixing accessories including one run of 4 Sq mm copper conductor and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:4 .complete including taking out of existing wiring all as specified (Note - Two runs of 04 Sq mm cable, one run of 4 Sq mm earth cable and one run of PVC casing Capping shall be measured as one running meter.)

Earthing complet with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1;2:4) reinfored with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surlus soil complete all as per plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways vertical TPN DB for comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB 3 POLE 63 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA fixed type = 01 NO as incoming and 3 Nos. MCB SPN 20 Amps, as outgoing (Note :- (i) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(ii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iii) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (iv) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly (v)MCCB's and MCB's should have a same make as of DB.

M&L for thermoplastic cable junction Boxes, IP 65 "weather proof" for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) the junction box shall be insulated and madeout of polycorbonate with glass fiber reinforced. The size in mm should not be less than 210x260x117, with one 6 Amp MCB SP and terminal/busbar.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 66,850.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
