Taking down / out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing with walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, etc. and kept in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earth Work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items here-in-after.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable in trenches or passing through pipe/ on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6sq.mm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Excavation, sand, bricks and connected items shall measured and paid separately.

NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of Sand cushioning shall only be measured and paid.

S&F sub-class 'B' brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying only old brick in trenches for under ground cable over the sand cushioning for cable protection (serviceable bricks obtained from Item here-in-before) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/ out unserviceable GI / HDPE Pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing to wall / poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm bore High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F galvanised Iron pipe 80mm bore ‘light grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised Iron pipe 50mm bore ‘light grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm bore under road / foot path not exc. 10m in a single length complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pipe to be measured and paid separately.

S&F as in repairs GI strip 32 x 6.0mm with saddles and fixing screws on porcelain insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length for extension of earthing strip on roof/wall and joining the same with existing/new earth test point including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of LT existing panel doors welding, cutting, nuts, bolts, including doors hinges material, cleaning/ dressing of inner and outer part , crimping, replacement of gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, Bus bar, MCCB, etc. complete all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. . NOTE : (i) Cost of replacement locking arrangement, hinges, T&P item for welding is inclusive in above quoted rate. (ii) Rate are included for minor excavation around the LT panel for connection of incoming and outgoing cables. (iii) Item such as gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, bus bar, MCCB, etc to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for painting of LT panel / feeder pillar any size after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED flood light 120 watt 230 Vvolts AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Crompton, Cat No. TFS-504-120-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG or its equivalent model from make as specified in particular specifications.

S&F notice board pin up type, soft board core, framed in doublesided carved aluminium section and silver anodized with plastic corners and with necessary hanging arrangement on the wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductorscomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size including demolition of cement concrete (as/if required) and made good disturbed ground, and the pole is deposited to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Unserviceable poles will be dismantled at ground level and disturbed ground will made good as directed for which earthwork, demolition of cement concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately. (ii) all the tools and plant, vehicle for transportation from site to MES Store Yard to be arrange by contractor and the rate is included in this schedule. No extra cost paid to the contractor for transportation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting a side for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (8.5m to 9m) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (up to 1m length, 1m height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for painting of steel tubular trident/dwarf light pole of 2.5m to 5m long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including numbering of pole No by stencils, cleaning the surface of pole by rubbing with emery paper to remove rust, dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L as in replacement steel tubular swaged poles with bracket complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (9m long) with one coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip over PCC coping alternatively including numbering the pole directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of foundation and copping shall be paid separately.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Indicator size 16mm, Red,Blue and Yellow colour suitable for LT feeder panel complete all as accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cam operated rotary On/Off switch, 4 pole, 16 amp capacity suitable for LT feeder panel complete all as accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in schedule of credit attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
