Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

a) 4 X 16 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type-19, 50mm dia, length 2 mtrs (short time current -52.6 rms for 1 sec, peak-125.6) with back fill compound including providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supplying and fixing of following rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Make:- Havells/Legrand/C&S/L&T or equivalent.

a) 63 amps, Three Pole

b) 100 amps, Four Pole

Supplying and fixing of 50mm dia uPVC pipe (HMS) alongwith accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall/ground and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. Make :- Precision/Astral/Pressfit or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing of 32mm dia uPVC pipe (HMS) alongwith necessary reducer (50-32mm), 32mm bend, saddle, cable tie etc. on surface complete with fittings etc as required. Make :- Precision/Astral/Pressfit or equivalent.

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc as required.Make :- Havells/RR Kabel/Finolex/Anchor or equivalent.

a) 4 core x 35 sq.mm

Providing and fixing out door feeder box made of 18 SWG CRC sheet of size 0.85 Mtrs x 1.00 Mtrs x 0.30 Mtrs welded construction with sloping roof and double leaf type hinged door at front with locking arrangement installed on 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. Angle of length 0.60 Mtr and 25mm x 6mm M.S. Flat suitable for mounting 03 Nos. 63A /415 V cut out, 32x32x6 mm M.S.Angle as stand of a height 600 mm and painting etc as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required

a) 50 mm dia

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
